The website of Craig Murray, former British Ambassador to Uzbekistan and author of the book, "Murder in Samarkand", is still offline after more than two weeks following legal action by Uzbek billionaire and Arsenal shareholder Alisher Usmanov, whom Murray made allegations against on his weblog.
